About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant with prior experience in supporting students across a range of abilities. The successful candidate will work alongside teachers to provide high-quality support, assist in lesson delivery, and help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted support to students both individually and in small groups
• Assist the class teacher with planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and help them achieve their full potential
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting student engagement and participation
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to both teachers and parents
• Contribute to the overall well-being and development of students

Essential Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum and effective teaching strategies
• Experience supporting students with a range of learning needs, including SEN
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting children
• An ability to manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
