About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Manager who has a strong passion for Food & Beverage to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our homeowners and guests while ensuring that all food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Support catering events as needed, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, schedule shifts, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control costs to achieve profitability targets.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs to create and update menu items, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, and conduct regular inspections.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales, labor costs, and customer feedback to senior management.

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
