Overview: "Team PA" to provide 1st class admin and project support to a team of 8 including the Pre Construction Director who takes priority.

Pre-Construction Admin using "MyConsole", "Deltek", "ViewPoint and "Sterlig SaaS"

• Create Enquiries
• Update/ add relevant data Key dates, financials o Add/ update key contacts/ addresses
• myConsole housekeeping
• "Integrated Management System" (IMS). (Ensure OP1 protocols are adhered to

Multiple Outlook Diary Management

• Internal meetings, travel, site visits, client and supplier meetings
• Accessing, downloading/ uploading information to the Tender management portals

Document Control including:

• checking and updating tender documentation.
• Printing documentation as required.

Tender enquries:

• Updating database; chasing and tracking supply chain progress.
• Tender launch/ mid tender meetings - note taking and updating portals and documentation
• Accessing, downloading/ uploading information to the Tender management portals

Commercial:

• Take a proactive approach to reducing costs and increasing efficiencies

Additional:

• Disk Management
• Estimating backups
• Issue trade and material packages for pricing
