Technical Project Manager

Job Title: Technical Project ManagerLocation: ReadingWorking Style: Hybrid Day Rate: £525As a Technical Project Manager for our Private 5G Delivery Program, you'll lead international deployments of cutting-edge wireless networks. You'll be the bridge between our customers, vendors, and internal teams-ensuring seamless execution, high-quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple Private 5G projects from strategy to execution.
• Ensure alignment with organisational goals, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Oversee budgets and funding to maximise productivity.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technology teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Drive project governance, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What We're Looking ForMust-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology Management, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience, including 4-5 years in wireless deployment (Private 5G preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Private Wireless Network deployment processes.
• Project management certifications (PMP, ITIL, Prince2, MSP, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.

Even Better If You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services project delivery.
• Proven success in complex Private 5G deployments.
• Experience managing C-level client relationships.
• Strong technical acumen in network and application layer challenges.
• Leadership experience across geographically distributed teams.
