Its team is passionate about helping brokers and property professionals achieve their goals - whether that's short-term bridging, or development loans.

As a Bridging Business Development Manager (BDM),you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and managing relationships with brokers, introducers, and property professionals.
• Sourcing new bridging finance opportunities and development opportunities across the UK.
• Promoting our lending products and maintaining a deep understanding of the market.
• Managing the deal process from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Business Development Manager Requirements:

• Established book of brokers, being self-sufficient, producing consistently good levels of business per annum
• Has proven experience in Bridging or specialist finance (minimum 2-3 years).
• Possesses an existing network of brokers and introducers.
• Is confident, proactive, and commercially astute.
• Communicates effectively and builds long-term relationships.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
