Site Agent

Carmichael UK are seeking a Site Agent to work on the Heathrow Airport project. As agent you will be assisting in the resurfacing of the Taxiway and Runways at T5, working on a contracting basis.

In this role, you ll be responsible for organising the works, overseeing the project execution, and ensuring it s completed on time and within budget. You ll also manage contractors to ensure they meet their responsibilities and deadlines.

Previous airport experience for self delivery is desirable.

• Experience working on Civils projects
• Proven technical and project management abilities
• Strong organisational and management skills
• Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations
• Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and implement safe systems of work
• Detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment

working pattern - Monday to Friday days. There will be some nights if/when required
