? Graduate Teaching Assistants - Secondary SEN Support (Autism & SEMH) Location: Sheerness Hours: 8:00am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday Duration: Minimum 12 weeks, with potential for extension or permanent placement

We are currently recruiting two dedicated Teaching Assistants to support secondary-aged students with a range of needs including Autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing and inclusive school environment in Sheerness, where your contribution will be truly valued.

? What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting students in the classroom and during structured activities
• Assisting with learning plans tailored to individual needs
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to ensure students thrive

Who We're Looking For:

• Graduates with a passion for education, psychology, youth work or related fields
• Individuals with a calm, empathetic and resilient approach
• Previous experience with SEN (Autism/SEMH) is desirable but not essential
• Commitment to working full-time for a minimum of 12 weeks
