£60,000 - £85,000 + package DOE

We are seeking someone who is currently in a commercial landlord and tenant role, conversant with rent reviews and lease renewals, including third party referrals.

Ideally from a mid sized or national landlord and tenant team

Dealing with industrial and offices

Must have an industry / working knowledge of Greater London, Herts, Essex and Kent

Could be either most used to acting for landlords, funds etc, but might also consider someone with a more tenant focused background

Decent role for someone who wants fast progression
