Responsibilities

• Operations & Compliance

• Oversee daily clinic, imaging, and rehabilitation services.

• Ensure CQC compliance and uphold health and safety standards.

• Manage staff training and regulatory requirements.

• Develop strategies for patient acquisition and consultant engagement.

• Expand referral networks and enhance financial performance.

• Collaborate with finance and leadership on budgeting.

Team Leadership

• Lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high performance.

• Maintain staffing levels and drive a positive workplace culture.

• Support staff development and professional growth.

• Patient Experience

• Foster a patient-first approach to service excellence.

• Address feedback and resolve concerns proactively.

• Implement initiatives for top-tier CQC ratings.

Financial Oversight

• Monitor revenue, costs, and operational efficiency.

• Manage stock, supplier contracts, and cost control.

• Ensure financial procedures are well understood.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in healthcare or private medical settings.

• Strong business development and revenue growth experience.

• Knowledge of CQC standards and healthcare regulations.

• Ability to manage teams and drive performance.

• Excellent customer service and IT proficiency.
