Salary: £28k - £40k Pro rata

Our client, a growing family run medium sized house builder is looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to work part time or full time on their Cranbrook site.

The role as a Sales Advisor will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring the site and sales complex are presented to a consistently high standard.
• Maintaining all necessary information to provide accurate and comprehensive details to purchasers at all times.
• Guiding potential purchasers through show homes, stock plots, and the site to showcase the product fully.
• Regularly communicating with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisers.
• Arranging customer attendance for home demonstrations with the Site Manager and managing the Company s handover process.
• Assisting purchasers with any defects or customer care concerns following legal completion.
• Attending and recording minutes for weekly Sales/Site Meetings with the Site Manager.
• Collaborating proactively with Sales Managers and colleagues to propose ideas for boosting sales.

To apply:

• Experience in New Home developments ideally with a housing developer
• Full clean driving licence
• Be capable of working autonomously
• Experience of working within a face-to-face sales environment.
• GCSE Maths and English Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
