Senior Quantity Surveyor Planned Maintenance Southwark

A well-established London contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, working on internal and external refurbishment frameworks for Southwark Council. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on long-term planned maintenance projects with a company that values stability and expertise.

Role Overview:

• Take the lead as a Quantity Surveyor on financial and contractual aspects of planned maintenance projects
• Manage cost reporting, cash flow, and risk management
• Oversee procurement, valuations, and subcontractor management
• Liaise with key stakeholders, ensuring cost-effective project delivery
• Mentor and support junior Quantity Surveyor members of the team

Requirements:

• Strong background as a Quantity Surveyor in planned maintenance and refurbishment projects
• Ability to demonstrate stability in previous Quantity Surveyor roles
• Excellent commercial acumen and contract knowledge
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Permanent role only no freelance

• Salary up to £90,000 (DOE)
