Contract Type: Full Time Contract Inside IR35 PAYE.
Day Rate: Dependant on experience

About the Role
Our client is seeking a Sub Agent to join their project team for the remediation projects for Thames Water. This role will involve overseeing the successful delivery of works, managing teams on-site, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have significant civil engineering experience and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and team performance

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

• Oversee project progress and contribute to risk management

• Assist with procurement and subcontractor coordination

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years experience in civil engineering, ideally within the rail or water sectors

• Proven site management experience with a focus on health and safety compliance

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of NEC contracts, programme management, and temporary works

Qualifications & Training

• BEng / BSc / HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

• CSCS card (essential)

• SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)

• PTS (desirable but not essential)
