Stock Condition Surveyor - Surrey

TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a ONGOING CONTRACT starting ASAP in SURREY.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software

• Outside IR35 role
• Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks
• Over 1000 properties to be surveyed - STOCK CONDITION AND RDSAP
• Properties located in/around - SURREY (I HAVE A POSTCODE LIST THAT I CAN FORWARD)
• ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the ODD door knocking properties
• BOOKED APPOINTMENTS BY THE CLIENT
• Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
