About the Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in this food production company, you will be instrumental in maintaining a high-performance production facility. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Provide electrical and mechanical support to optimise machinery performance and reduce downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve breakdowns quickly to ensure seamless production flow.
• Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Carry out both preventative maintenance and address unexpected breakdowns as they occur.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives that improve productivity and drive efficiency.
• Hands-On Role: Work with automated machinery in a high-paced, challenging environment.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: A strong background in manufacturing or production, ideally in the food or FMCG industries.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation.
• Qualifications: A recognised engineering qualification, whether through a degree, NVQ, or time-served apprenticeship.
