Mortgage Advisor

Salary: £30k - 35k commission

Location: Kent

The Company:

We are working with an Estate Agents based in Kent that is looking for another Mortgage Advisor to join one of their branches. You'll be provided with all leads from the Estate Agency side of the business and use of their streamlined systems to be able to write great business. They have an in-house case manager that will support you with the admin but you will be expected to key in all your own cases.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options.
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
• Ensure all of your work is completed to high standards and is compliant.

Requirements to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• CeMAP qualified.
• You must have some experience giving mortgage advice.
• Based within commuting distance to Kent.
