We are looking for an Air Tightness Tester to join a growing team of planning compliance, sustainability, and building regulation experts, working on a diverse range of residential projects across the South East. With over 20 years of experience in the construction and development industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level.

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• Level 1 Air Tightness Tester certification with a strong understanding of Building Regulations
• Experience conducting air tightness tests independently
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Residence in or near London
• Willingness to travel regularly for work

About the role: As an Air Tightness Tester, you'll be responsible for traveling across the South East, managing and transporting testing equipment, collaborating with clients and team members, designing testing methodologies, setting up equipment, writing reports, and offering guidance when tests don't pass.
