About Our Client

Our client has recently graduated from Southampton Solent University, in Sports Management. He has Cerebral Palsy, which primarily affects his mobility and makes daily tasks challenging. He uses a wheelchair but can walk short distances with a walking stick.

As written by the client

"I am looking for a proactive and reliable Personal Assistant with a can-do attitude to help me

get the most out of life!

I am a very chatty, happy go lucky, 24-year old - who has recently graduated from

Southampton Solent where I did Sports Management- but am taking a year out before going

back to my studies next year. I am mad about all types of sport - especially football and

tennis. I also enjoy live music and go to gigs regularly (this month I am off to Kaiser Chiefs

and Fontaines DC ?). Thinking ahead, I would also really like to do some travelling over the

course of the next year. These are some examples of the things I would like my PA to

experience with me.

My disability means that I use a wheelchair for getting around and it also affects my hand

skills, meaning I need help with personal care and other day-to-day tasks. It really helps my

condition if I maintain regular stretches and physio so I try to keep to a regular routine. At

present, I am at home with my parents so would need someone to support me here (in

Buckinghamshire). I have a motability car, so would need a confident driver who is happy to

take me places."
