Infrastructure / Solutions Engineer (3rd Line) London Hybrid £40-45k

We're a fast-growing Managed IT Services Provider for the creative industry, supporting 5,000+ users across 100+ businesses - and we're looking for a hands-on Infrastructure / Solutions Engineer to join our team.

You'll be delivering 3rd-line support, owning infrastructure, and working on real client projects (not just ticket queues).

What you'll be doing

• Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues

• Managing and improving Windows Server & Hyper-V environments

• Supporting Veeam backup & disaster recovery

• Delivering projects: upgrades, migrations, virtualisation

• Implementing Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, Mimecast

• Working directly with clients - remotely and on-site

What we're looking for

• 3+ years' experience in IT infrastructure / support (MSP experience ideal)

• Strong Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO skills

• Solid networking fundamentals

• Confident, customer-focused, and technically sharp
