About the Role

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you'll play a key part in securing new business through the creation of high-quality, compliant and persuasive PQQ and tender submissions.

You'll be involved at every stage of the bid process - from research and storyboarding through to writing, design, review, and submission. This is a varied and rewarding role within a growing, forward-thinking business that values creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and prepare pre-bid materials
  • Manage bid administration including EOIs, clarifications, and submissions
  • Write, edit, proofread and review compelling tender responses
  • Develop and maintain a bid library with standard content, case studies and visuals
  • Liaise with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Use Canva and PowerPoint to produce visually impactful documents
  • Ensure all submissions meet deadlines and brand standards

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in bid writing or proposals
  • Exceptional written English and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of B2B solution selling (advantageous)
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience using AI tools for written work
  • Proficient in Canva for creating infographics and visuals
  • Confident working under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build internal relationships
