Nursing Care Manager

Excellent opportunity for an inspirational Nursing Care Manager to join a recently commissioned luxury nursing home. In this role you will work closely with the Home Manager to lead on clinical care across the home, developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional, relationship-centred care

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager with responsibility for clinical care
• Lead, develop and inspire the care and clinical team
• Support recruitment, training, supervision and performance management
• Ensure safe, effective and high-quality care planning and delivery
• Oversee medication management in line with NMC guidance
• Support audits, inspections and regulatory compliance
• Promote an open, honest and positive clinical culture
• Work collaboratively to deliver dignified, relationship-centred care

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration
• Willing to work towards ILM Level 5
• Strong leadership experience in a clinical care setting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to high-quality, professional care
• Basic IT skills

Hours

• Contracted hours: Approx. 40-45 hours per week
• Typical pattern: Two long days + three shorter days (or equivalent)
• 7-day rota: Monday-Sunday coverage
