About the Role

An established Ofsted registered Early Years day care setting with 13 years of experience is seeking dedicated and caring staff to provide holiday cover. The setting supports children aged 10 months to 4 years and offers a warm, nurturing, and child centred environment. You will work closely with the childminder to ensure high quality care, supervision, and engaging daily experiences for young children during busy holiday periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care routines• Support play and learning activities for children aged 10 months to 4 years• Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic daily environment• Communicate clearly and professionally with the childminder and parents• Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures at all times• Help to create a warm, supportive atmosphere throughout the day

• No formal qualification is required as training will be provided• A genuine passion for working with babies and young children• Reliable, caring, and able to work collaboratively• Willingness to learn and follow guidance• Ability to adapt to a busy, fast paced childcare environment
