Assembly Operative - Aerospace Manufacturing
Location: Denham, Middlesex
Shifts: Monday - Thursday 8 am-5 pm, Friday 8 am-12noon
Salary: £29,000 per year plus overtime available

Join a leading aerospace engineering firm that plays a crucial role in saving lives worldwide. We are seeking an Assembly Operative to join our team at our Denham site. This permanent role involves working with high-precision components to create life-saving products for the most advanced military aircraft.

• Fabricate and assemble seat pan chassis, parachute containers, and other critical components.
• Perform bench fitting, heat treatment, and injection moulding to strict specifications.
• Operate vertical milling machines and use adhesives, fasteners, and tools for precise assembly.
• Conduct quality checks and self-inspection to ensure high standards are met.

• Experience with riveting, adhesives, and vertical milling machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with assembly/fitting tools and components.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
