Senior Interior Designer

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Interior Designer to join one of Chelsea's most established design studios and make your mark across a portfolio of extraordinary projects. You will lead and manage projects across a luxury portfolio alongside the Directors. Along with a salary of up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience), you will also receive:

• 1 WFH day per week
• 1 fully remote week per year (can be abroad)

What you'll be doing as Senior Interior Designer:

• Design & Concept Development - Create compelling design concepts, presentations and mood boards that reflect the client's vision and the studio's refined aesthetic.
• Project Leadership - Manage the full design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of creativity and precision.
• Client Relationships - Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, presenting concepts and ideas confidently and professionally.
• Team Mentorship - Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering creativity and maintaining a culture of excellence within the team.
• Technical Delivery - Oversee detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Supplier Coordination - Source and specify exceptional FF&E;, finishes and materials, maintaining trusted supplier and artisan relationships.
• Budget & Programme Management - Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring deliverables are achieved on schedule and within scope.
• Site Reviews - Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring every project maintains the studio's design integrity and quality standards.

We're looking for a Senior Interior Designer with:

• Extensive experience in high-end residential or luxury hospitality design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in FF&E;, space planning, and concept development.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• A solid understanding of construction methods and detailing.
• Confident in leading presentations and guiding teams.
