Job Description

As a Dynamics 365 Development Manager you'll play a pivotal role in managing my clients major digital transformation program.
The transformation program is closely aligned with their strategy and is key deliverable for some of their future initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute significantly to the design and development of this significant project leading the technical team through end-to-end project life-cycle.
• Work closely with Key stakeholders and Solution Architect to understand business requirements and deliver successful outcomes.
• Lead a team of Dynamics CE Developers, acting as a focal point for their queries and demonstrating yourself as a SME.
• Provide technical support for the current on-premise CRM Solution.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a Senior Dynamics CRM Developer role, leading teams and upskilling colleagues.
• Excellent technical skillset, hands-on ability with custom plugins, workflows and business rules.
• Proficient in .NET, C# and JavaScript. Adept with low code solutions using MS Power Platform.
• Clear, concise communication style, ability to increase productivity.
