MFL Teacher - French and/or Spanish - Permanent Position - September 2025 Start

Location: Milton Keynes Contract: Full-time, Permanent

A progressive and high-achieving secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2025. The role offers the opportunity to teach French and/or Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for Key Stage 5 as the department expands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach French and/or Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential Key Stage 5 opportunities)

• Create engaging, inclusive lessons that build students' language confidence and skills

• Contribute to the MFL department's ongoing success and development

• Participate in wider school life, including extracurricular language and cultural activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Have a strong academic background in languages, with fluency in French, Spanish, or both

• Be passionate about language teaching and intercultural understanding

• Be committed to raising achievement and nurturing student potential

• Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a reflective approach to teaching practice
