Care First Recruitment is proud to partner with a brand-new residential home specializing in providing care for children and young adults aged 5 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). We re looking for dedicated Children Support Workers to join this amazing team from the very start.

Role Details:

• Shifts: 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am, 3 shifts per week
• Location: Bexley Heath
• Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Rate of Pay: £12.50 to £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)

In this role, you will be guiding and supporting young people in their everyday lives, helping them make healthy life choices and providing a positive role model. You ll play a key part in empowering them to choose the right path and overcome their challenges. No personal care is required.

What We re Looking For:

• Experience in support work, particularly with challenging behaviour (EBD and PBS)
• Psychology graduates or candidates with NVQ in Children s Care, Learning and Development Level 3 or 4 are ideal
• Don t have the required qualifications? Don t worry our client will provide full training and support
