Job Requirements/Description

We're looking for an experienced Import Admin Clerk to join our busy Import team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of import processes and strong administrative skills to play a key role in managing the smooth flow of international shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of import administration and documentation
  • Monitor ETAs for incoming shipments and keep stakeholders updated
  • Book in shipments from pre-alerts, working closely with the Customer Service team
  • Complete pre-lodgements and T1s accurately and on time
  • Create and maintain ETSF records
  • Manage and support key accounts
  • Prepare quotations and arrange collections/deliveries
  • Liaise daily with airlines and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations

About You:

  • Previous experience in import administration or freight forwarding
  • Proficient in ASM GEMS
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30
