Your new role
We are looking for a hands-on Senior End User Computing Analyst who has experience in technical administration, supervising, operations, support, and maintenance of user-facing infrastructure.

User-facing infrastructure:

• Third party vendors
• Laptops, Chromebooks, and Macs
• Application management

Daily responsibilities

• Influence the design, contribute to the development and configuration and provide operational support of the IT environment.
• Ensure that all operational systems and processes are fully documented.
• Investigate future technologies.
• Provide quality assurance in the design, planning and review of operational readiness for new projects.
• Install, configure and test the various components of the environment
• Business continuity planning
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• IT supplier management
• ITIL process implementation
