• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous classroom experience
• A love for being creative and making learning exciting
• Strong communication skills to connect with students, staff, and families
• A DBS check (or the willingness to get one)

• Support students with 1:1 or group work
• Assist the teacher with planning and delivering fun, interactive lessons
• Be there to guide and encourage students with different learning needs
• Create a classroom atmosphere that s positive, inclusive, and full of energy
