Are you a detail-oriented administrator with a passion for logistics and coordination? Reed Business Support is assisting a well-established business based in Tonbridge, is seeking a proactive and organised Logistics Administrator to join their busy operations team.

Logistics Administrator Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch
  • Liaise with couriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to resolve delivery queries
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock movements, and logistics documentation
  • Support the wider supply chain team with administrative tasks and reporting
  • Monitor delivery schedules and update systems accordingly
  • Assist with customer queries related to logistics and order tracking
Logistics Administrator What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in logistics, transport coordination, or supply chain administration
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
