We are currently looking for an established Estimator with strong industry knowledge to join the growing team of one of our clients in the London and Essex areas. This is an exciting opening for an Estimator to come in and work closely with the Commercial Director.

The Role

Estimating architectural metalwork (especially staircases) and secondary steelwork through reading drawings and preparing material take-offs and tender summaries.

Foster seamless collaboration between the Architectural Metal Estimation, Project Management, and Draughting teams.

Knowledge of Architectural Metal, Fabrication, Steel work, Steel Structures, Balustrades and railings, Cladding, Metalwork, Welding, staircases

Maintaining and developing good working relationships with clients, suppliers and work colleagues.

Expected to have contacts within both existing customers and the wider client base of the Sector to increase workloads and reduce lean manufacturing.

Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate estimations and risk reduction.

Excellent knowledge of Bluebeam, MS Office and especially spreadsheets.
