Shift Engineers

Are you a qualified Mechanical Building Services Maintenance Engineer looking for a new Continental Shift Engineer job in London?

At RF Recruitment Consultancy LTD we are always recruiting a number of Shift Engineer roles for a variety of client side positions in London.

These roles are mostly days and nights, 4 on 4 off, shifts. These positions are static roles.

Within these shift roles you will be responsible for delivering Mechanical planned and reactive work across commercial estates in London.

Duties will include:

• PPMs and reactive building maintenance work
• Estates maintenance for all HVAC systems and all water services including, cooling towers, pumps, calorifiers, chillers and TMVs.
• Air Handling Unit maintenance
• Maintenance on boilers and heating systems
• Providing technical support and direction for external contractors.

For these shift roles we are always on the look out for the following skill sets:

• Mechanical Building Services qualifications such as a level 3 plumbing and heating, NVQ level 2 or 3 Mechanical degree or HNC
• Significant multi skilled maintenance experience (M&E) within commercial buildings
• Experience of working on a days and nights shift pattern previously.
• Strong IT skills and the ability record information and use CAFM systems
• Good working knowledge of statutory compliance
