Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor on a temp to perm basis. Based on-site in Bromley, this role involves working on a significant environmental recycling scheme.

Role Overview

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee all aspects of cost management and financial control for this innovative project. You will work closely with the project team to ensure delivery on budget while maintaining a focus on sustainability and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets, cost plans, and procurement strategies.
• Provide detailed cost reporting and valuations.
• Oversee subcontractor engagement and management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain project alignment.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior level.
• Background in environmental or industrial projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and cost control processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently on-site.

Available for an immediate start and open to transitioning to a permanent role.
