As a Technical Sales Engineer you will be required to:

• Work closely with the external sales team to develop and present tailored solutions
• Maintain regular communication with customers to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and identify customer needs
• Generate and follow up on quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery
• Provide expert guidance on product selection and configuration based on customer requirements
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments through training sessions.
• Work with marketing teams to support campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities

Qualifications and experience required

• Degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics or a related field)
• Previous experience in a sales environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply electronics-based solutions
• Understanding of test and measurement systems, signal switching, or simulation products
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and customer-focused approach with strong teamwork skills
