Building Surveyor - Legal Disrepair

Islington Council are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their Legal Disrepair Service.

Information & Requirements:

• 300 per day.
• Inside IR35.
• Experience managing legal disrepair cases
• Ideally have a surveying qualification (not essential)
• Good understanding of damp and structural issues
• Social housing experience (not essential)
• Managing works from specification through to post inspection
• Organised and proactive
• Able to manage their own calendar and caseload
• Largely office based
• There is use of pool cars
