Multi Trade

I am looking for a Multi Trade candidate around Marks Tey to work on social housing contracts between Braintree and Colchester. The work would be a temporary role and involve working individually.

What the successful Multi Trade candidate will be responsible for:

• Working alone
• Property maintenance
• Some damp and mould works
• Carpentry and plumbing are core skills required
• Collecting materials from stores between Colchester and Braintree

The Multi Trade person will have:

• An NVQ Level 2 in a core trade
• Asbestos Awareness qualification
• DBS
• Time served
• Full UK drivers license
