A respected and long-established construction and property consultancy based in Sevenoaks is seeking an Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team.

This role offers the chance to take a leading position on a diverse portfolio of high-value projects while working within a collaborative, commercially astute consultancy.

The opportunity

• Act as lead Quantity Surveyor and principal client contact
• Deliver full pre- and post-contract services across complex projects
• Manage schemes ranging from £1m to £100m+ across multiple sectors
• Support the strategic growth of the business and mentor junior surveyors

About you

• MRICS qualified (or very close to Chartership)
• Currently operating at Senior QS or Associate level within consultancy
• Confident managing clients, budgets, and project delivery
• Ambitious, proactive, and commercially aware
