Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Growth
Client Acquisition & Management
Build relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and global partners.
Design tailored insurance solutions to meet diverse client needs.
Oversee contract negotiations and ensure seamless client onboarding.
Market Expansion & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Lead entry strategies and adapt sales approaches for regional success.
Stay informed on industry developments and regulatory changes.
Leadership & Team Management
Build, mentor, and manage a global sales team.
Set performance metrics and ensure team targets are met.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies.
Provide insights to leadership on product innovation and market trends.
Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Qualifications:
Business degree with 10+ years of sales experience in insurance, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
Strong global market knowledge, client relationship skills, and willingness to travel extensively. Multilingual skills are preferred.
