Our client, an innovative record label and music publisher, is seeking a Label Assistant with solid understanding of the music industry. The role offers exposure to various areas of the business and the opportunity to work with exciting artists in a creative environment. The company offers Fridays as WFH.

Key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with digital release setup vis distributor portals

Coordinating with external partners on physical production processes.

Working with artist teams and external agencies on activations and catalogue-initiatives.

Supporting marketing with creative campaign preparation and asset organisation.

Contributing creative ideas and research for digital marketing and catalogue optimisation.

Managing and collection metadata, assets and repertoire information with accuracy.

Providing administrative and finance support including invoice processing

Requirements:

Understanding and experience of digital and physical release processes within the music industry essential.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Experience of using digital tools and distributor platforms.

Collaborative approach, confident working with various teams.
