Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Monthly Commission (based on revenue)

Account Manager About our client:
Our client is a well-established clothing business working in the B2B sector, delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. They take pride in their customer relationships and are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to manage and grow their client base.

Account Manager Details:

• Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays, plus additional leave for Christmas closedown
• Monthly commission based on revenue

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering expert advice and solutions
• Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
• Meet and exceed sales and customer service targets
• Keep accurate records of client communications and sales activities in CRM tools
• Stay updated on industry trends to offer the best possible advice to clients

Account Manager What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales, account management or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on achieving business targets
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
