Retail Sales Associate (French Speaking) - Luxury Brand

Mapped Recruitment is delighted to be working with a French luxury house with over a century of craftsmanship, known for timeless elegance and exceptional quality, on their search for a French-speaking sales associate to join their Mayfair boutique.

They are looking for a Sales Assistant who is passionate about delivering a refined client experience and contributing to the success of a boutique with high standards and heritage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an outstanding and personalised client experience, aligned with the brand's values and identity.
• Welcome, advise, and build loyalty with local and international clients
• Achieve personal and collective sales targets
• Maintain impeccable store presentation and assist with daily operations (visual merchandising, stock, upkeep)
• Support in-store events and brand initiatives
• Act as a true ambassador of craftsmanship, excellence, and French savoir-faire

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in retail sales, ideally in luxury fashion, accessories or footwear
• Impeccable grooming and a strong sense of hospitality
• Fluent in both English and French - a third language is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for client service
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and a committed team player

Contract: Permanent - 40 hours/week
