Warehouse Operative - PM Shift

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: £30,000 + Two Annual Bonus Schemes

Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm - 12:00am

Working as part of a busy and high-performing team, you'll be responsible for ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently. What You'll Be Doing:

• Accurately pick, pack and prepare outgoing customer orders
• Load and unload deliveries while following correct safety procedures
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with 5S standards
• Assist with cycle counting and stock audits
• Work with others to achieve shared targets and KPIs
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

What We're Looking For:

• Full UK driving licence is required (due to the location)
• Able to work a consistent 3pm to 12am weekday shift
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting heavier items when needed
• Team player with a positive and proactive approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using IT systems and basic MS Office
• Previous warehouse or goods-in experience is desirable but not essential
• Counterbalance forklift licence is a plus, but not required
