Electrical Installation Internal Quality Assurer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical L3 IQA to oversee our Level 3 apprenticeships. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical training and quality assurance, looking to contribute to the development of the next generation of electricians.

• Conduct regular assessments and reviews of apprenticeship training to ensure compliance with national standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to apprentices to aid their learning and development.
• Work closely with training staff to ensure that teaching methods and materials meet learning objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training, making recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of apprentice progress and assessment outcomes.
• Ensure all apprenticeship activities are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations.

• Proven experience as an Electrical L3 IQA or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the requirements and standards for Level 3 electrical apprenticeships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide feedback effectively and encourage a positive learning environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Relevant qualifications in electrical training and quality assurance.
