Electrians - Domestic Housing

Electricians required immediately to join a leading Housing Association to cover their domestic housing stock in the Southeast London area. As an Electrician you will be joining their Repairs department working on responsive repairs. This is a 3-month Temp to Perm position.

Multiple positions available

As well as excellent technical skills, you will act in a presentable and professional manner in accordance with the company guidelines.

Requirements

Electrical Installation - Must have one of the following:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Qualification + AM2
• City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 and 2
• City & Guilds 2330 Levels 2 and 3 (from September 2011)
• City & Guilds 2365 Levels 2 and 3 + AM2
• City & Guilds 2357 + including AM2
• Level 3 Electrotechnical Experienced Worker Qualification 2346 + AM2

Inspection & Testing - Must have one of the following for voids:

• City & Guilds 2391 Periodic Inspection and Testing
• City & Guilds 2395 Inspection and Testing

Wiring Regulations - Must have:

• City & Guilds 2382-18/20, 18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations
• Electrical experience in a domestic and social housing environment ideal

A full valid U.K driving license with no more than 6 points

Good verbal and written communication

2 work references will be required.

Hours: 40 hours a week, Full time
