Role: Maintenance Engineer

Shifts: Monday to Friday (Days Only)

Salary: £48,000

Location: Gerrards Cross

Benefits: Days Only + Great Job Security + Holidays + Overtime (1.5X)

The Business:

Our Client who have been established for over 50 years are currently looking at adding a Maintenance Engineer to their team of 5 highly skilled and trained team. This position has come about due to a period of planned growth. They have nearly doubled their production output from this site due to a consistent re-investment into the machinery and automation.

This business is currently reinvesting their profits into upgrading the automation of the site and a brand new CMMS system too. This means that as a Maintenance Engineer you will be exposed to working on some of the latest Machinery on the market, securing your future within Engineering.

The Role:

The responsibilities for the role of Maintenance Engineer will be as follows:

• Working on all of the automated production machinery including: Conveyors, Fillers, Labellers, Sealers, Packaging Machinery,
• Mechanically working with: Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Chains, Bearings, Belts, Rollers, Pulleys, Shafts, Gearboxes
• Electrically working in Control Panels, replacing; Sensors, Relays, Contactors, Invertors, Three Phase Motors,
• Completing Planned and Reactive Maintenance with a get it right first time attitude
• Coming up with ideas for improvements and getting involved with project work

The Candidate:

The right candidate for the role of Maintenance Engineer will have the following experience:

• Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer fixing machinery within a factory setting
• Be able to confidently Fault Find Electrically and Mechanically
• Be able to work well within a team or alone
• Have a car and full right to work within the UK

• Overtime Available at (1.5X Basic Salary)
