• Salary: £18.05 per hour PAYE or £23.30 per hour Umbrella

We are seeking a skilled Plumber for a temporary position with a potential to become permanent based on satisfactory performance. The role involves both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the university estate.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM) throughout the university's estate.
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Identifying and resolving plumbing issues, ensuring all systems are operational and meet safety standards.
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members to ensure a comprehensive service delivery.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work performed and materials used.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Plumber.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Knowledge of maintenance protocols and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
