• Position: Learning Support Assistant
• Location: Hackney
• Pay: 90 - 100 per day
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: July 2025

• Full-time Learning Support Assistant role supporting KS2 intervention and booster groups
• Providing targeted learning support in literacy and numeracy
• Working with small groups and 1:1 to help bridge learning gaps
• Supporting pupils with SEN, ensuring they feel confident and engaged
• Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to track progress and adapt strategies

• Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant
• Prior experience working with SEN pupils and delivering interventions
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning support
• A passion for education and a commitment to helping children succeed
• Ability to build positive relationships and motivate pupils
