Key Responsibilities:
- Issue employment contracts to new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Process Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks for candidates.
- Assist in onboarding by verifying and processing new starter information, including right-to-work documentation.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate and current candidate information.
- Post job advertisements and manage recruitment communications to ensure accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing recruitment reports.
- Assist with recruitment tasks such as shortlisting and organizing interview schedules.
- Respond to recruitment-related queries and escalate complex issues when needed.
What We re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint).
- No prior experience is required, but any experience in administration or HR is beneficial.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- An interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
