Tradewind Recruitment is excited to offer a fantastic Teaching Assistant position in a primary school in Croydon. This role will involve providing support to students with a range of needs, including supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis. This is a daily supply role, covering sickness absence, with an immediate start and ongoing support.

About the Role:
- Provide general classroom support to students across different subjects
- Work with students on a 1:1 basis, including supporting pupils with Autism and other SEN needs
- Assist in implementing and following individual Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Lead small group interventions to support learning progress
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4 pm
Requirements:
- Experience supporting children with SEN (ideally Autism) in an educational setting
- Previous experience as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant is desirable
- A positive, confident, and dedicated approach to working with children
- Ability to work well in a team and manage classroom dynamics
- Must be available Monday to Friday, on an ongoing basis
- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, and the legal right to work in the UK
