SEN Teachers & SEN Teaching Assistants Needed - Make a Real Difference

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Reed Education is currently recruiting dedicated SEN Teachers and SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools.

We are looking for individuals who are committed, resilient, and truly want to make a difference in pupils' lives.

About the Role

You'll be working with pupils who may have a range of needs including:

• Autism (ASC)
• ADHD
• Speech and Language difficulties
• Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties

Roles are available in specialist SEN settings, mainstream schools with SEN provisions, and resource bases.

What We're Looking For

• SEN Teachers with relevant teaching qualifications (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
• SEN Teaching Assistants with experience or a strong interest in SEN
• A patient, proactive and positive approach
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
